The remote doesn’t respond. What should I do?

1.Batteries – The remote comes without batteries (shipping safety). Please insert 2 new AAA batteries.

2.Pairing – Press and hold the power button for 2s within 5s after power-on to pair.The light flashes once, indicating that pairing is successful.
Does it come with light bulbs?

Absolutely! We've included a high-quality E26 12W dimmable bulb. No flicker, no buzz — just warm, adjustable brightness ready to go.
How difficult is the assembly? Do you need any special tools?

Assembly is very simple and usually takes only 5-10 minutes to complete. We provide detailed graphic instructions and installation videos, and all accessories are included in the packaging without the need for additional tools.
